Cadete B claim an authoritative 2-0 win over Esportiu Vila-real B

Abel inside five minutes and Adrián just before the break give the Cadete B a clean win at Pesudo, with a shutout on matchday 26 of Segona Cadet Castelló.

CD Almazora's Cadete B side beat Esportiu Vila-real B 2-0 on matchday 26 of Segona Cadet Castelló — Group 3, picking up a comfortable three home points and keeping a clean sheet. Goalscorers Abel and Adrián set the tone of a match the hosts controlled from start to finish.

The game was settled early. In the 5th minute, Abel took the first clear chance to open the scoring and put the side in front. With the 1-0 lead the hosts kept the ball in opposition territory, managed the tempo and did not let Vila-real B find any space to threaten the Pesudo goal.

Two bookings around the half-hour mark — Querol at 27' and Héctor at 30' — showed that the visitors had upped the intensity, but the Cadete B held firm and struck again before the break: Adrián made it 2-0 at 38' to cap a well-worked move. The side went into the dressing room with the job effectively done and sealed an important win heading into the closing stretch of the league.
